At The Village Chapel, our aim for Sunday morning musical worship is that it would be God-directed, Christ-centered, and accessible to the whole congregation. We believe congregational singing is deeply formative, shaping our understanding and experience of the Gospel of Jesus. In song, we lift our voices to the Lord and sing to one another, reminding each other of the matchless worth of Jesus.
We embrace sturdy convictions based on the timeless truths of scripture, and so we study through books of the Bible.
In a world of endless information, The Village Chapel hand selects Biblical resources from our 25 year library of sermons, podcasts, interviews, music and more. We carefully curate articles, books and video content from other like-minded ministries around the world to provide a deep well of resources. We pray these will help us to think Biblically in all categories of life with an aim of being formed more and more into the likeness of Christ.
