Outdoor Advent Hymn Sing

Join us as we welcome the Christmas season with a special Outdoor Advent Hymn Sing on December 4 at 6:30pm in the upper lot of our Hillsboro Village Campus. We will sing together some of the most beloved and well-known Christmas carols, and perhaps a few that we’ll learn for the first time. Come join the TVC family as we kick-off the season with our TVC musicians including Phil Keaggy and other special guests. This will be a wonderful time to celebrate the birth of our Savior in a socially-distanced fashion. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets and warm beverages.

While event registration is at capacity, we invite you to join us on TVC Online to stream the event from your home.

12 Days of Christmas Market Online

One of our favorite events each year is the Christmas Market in our historic chapel. While 2020 has brought many unexpected challenges we don’t want to miss the opportunity to support our TVC artisans who count on markets and festivals to provide income. This year’s event will look different than previous years, we’ll be featuring 12 TVC Artisans, one each day with an exclusive product or offer just for TVC’s 12 Days of Christmas Online Market. We hope you’ll do some Christmas shopping each day December 4-15 at

Missions At Home

Many of us are looking for ways to serve our community through this time of “social distancing”. We have compiled a list of projects you can complete with your family from the safety of your own home to serve the missions we support. Learn more here.

Thanksgiving Thursdays

The Lord’s Supper has been given to God’s people as a gift, instituted by Jesus with his disciples around the table in the upper room. With thankfulness we remember the sacrifice of Jesus on our behalf as we also anticipate his return to make all things new. Some streams of the Christian faith call this meal the Eucharist, which comes from the Latin eucharistia, which means thanksgiving!

During this season of mandated social distancing, we invite you to gather all of those in your household and join us for Thanksgiving Thursdays, a mid-week Facebook Live Communion service, Thursdays at 6:30 pm. You will want to prepare by having some juice and bread or crackers for our brief 20 minute time together. The TVC Ministry Leadership Team will lead us in this simple but meaningful service that culminates with partaking of the Lord’s Supper.

If you do not have Facebook or prefer to view the service another way, you can join this service at

Connect For Virtual Coffee

Connect For Virtual Coffee offers an opportunity for two women or two men to meet virtually one-to-one to walk through life. As our culture shifts and loneliness becomes more pervasive, so does the need to connect within the Body of Christ.  Connect For Virtual Coffee connects older Coffee Hosts with younger Coffee Guests for the purpose of encouraging and nurturing a daily walk of faith. This opportunity is open to those committed to TVC as their home church. Learn more at

At Home with TVC: Join Us Exclusively Online

As we continue to exercise caution and discernment in this season out of a spirit of brotherly love and care, we will continue hosting services exclusively online through the next several weeks. Visit or at any time on Sunday morning to stream the service from your own home. You can learn more about how to stream our services here

During this time, we have been sharing some new content to continue to keep us united and growing as a congregation. Each morning, Pastor Jim has been sharing brief daily devotions highlighting some of his favorite readings and teachings. You can follow @tvcnashville or @pastorjimtvc on Instagram, or view all of these videos by clicking here. Mrs. Jamie is also sharing daily readings and notes of encouragement for our TVC Kids. Follow @tvckidsnashville on Instagram to view these daily updates.

Our TVC Worship Team has also been sharing a live video every Wednesdays playing some of the hymns we enjoy singing together as a congregation. These videos are featured on our Facebook and Instagram pages as well as our website. You can also continue checking these pages for weekly sermon quotes, Spotify playlists and more.
