Week 1 — Psalm 1:1–2

How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers! But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and in His law he meditates day and night.

Week 2 — Psalm 1:3

He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in its season and its leaf does not wither; and in whatever he does, he prospers.

Week 3 — Psalm 4:8

In peace I will both lie down and sleep, for You alone, O LORD, make me to dwell in safety.

Week 4 — Psalm 5:11

But let all who take refuge in You be glad; let them ever sing for joy, and may You shelter them, that those who love Your name may exult in You.

Week 5 — Psalm 8:3–4

When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have ordained; what is man that You take thought of him, and the son of man that You care for him?

Week 6 — Psalm 9:10

And those who know Your name will put their trust in You, for You, O LORD, have not forsaken those who seek You.

Week 7 — Psalm 11:7

For the LORD is righteous, He loves righteousness; the upright will behold His face.

I have set the LORD continually before me; because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.

Week 9 — Psalm 18:2

The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.

Week 10 — Psalm 19:14

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my rock and my Redeemer.

Week 11 — Psalm 23:1

The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want.

Week 12 — Psalm 23:4

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

Week 13 — Psalm 27:1

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the defense of my life; whom shall I dread?

Week 14 — Psalm 27:14

Wait for the LORD; be strong and let your heart take courage; yes, wait for the LORD.

Week 15 — Psalm 28:7

The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped; therefore my heart exults, and with my song I shall thank Him.

Week 16 — Psalm 31:24

Be strong and let your heart take courage, all you who hope in the LORD.

Week 17 — Psalm 32:8

I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you.

Week 18 — Psalm 34:8

O taste and see that the LORD is good; how blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him!

Week 19 — Psalm 34:18

The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Week 20 — Psalm 37:4

Delight yourself in the LORD; and He will give you the desires of your heart.

Week 21 — Psalm 37:5

Commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him, and He will do it.

Week 22 — Psalm 40:1

I waited patiently for the LORD; and He inclined to me and heard my cry.

Week 23 — Psalm 40:8

I delight to do Your will, O my God; Your law is within my heart.

Week 24 — Psalm 46:1

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Week 25 — Psalm 46:10

Cease striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.

Week 26 — Psalm 51:10

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Week 27 — Psalm 56:3

When I am afraid, I will put my trust in You.

Week 28 — Psalm 61:2

From the end of the earth I call to You when my heart is faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

Week 29 — Psalm 62:1

My soul waits in silence for God only; from Him is my salvation.

Week 30 — Psalm 63:1

O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly; my soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, in a dry and weary land where there is no water.

Week 31 — Psalm 66:18

If I regard wickedness in my heart, the Lord will not hear.

Week 32 — Psalm 73:26

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

Week 33 — Psalm 84:11

For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD gives grace and glory; no good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly.

Week 34 — Psalm 86:5

For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, and abundant in lovingkindness to all who call upon You.

Week 35 — Psalm 90:12

So teach us to number our days, that we may present to You a heart of wisdom.

Week 36 — Psalm 91:1–2

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in Him I will trust.”

Week 37 — Psalm 91:11

For He will give His angels charge concerning you, to guard you in all your ways.

Week 38 — Psalm 95:1–2

O come, let us sing for joy to the LORD, let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving, let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.

Week 39 — Psalm 96:3

Tell of His glory among the nations, His wonderful deeds among all the peoples.

Week 40 — Psalm 100:4

Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him, bless His name.

Week 41 — Psalm 103:1–2

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget none of His benefits.

Week 42 — Psalm 103:11

For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him.

Week 43 — Psalm 107:1

Oh give thanks to the LORD, for He is good, for His lovingkindness is everlasting.

Week 44 — Psalm 112:1

Praise the LORD! How blessed is the man who fears the LORD, who greatly delights in His commandments.

Week 45 — Psalm 119:11

Your word I have treasured in my heart, that I may not sin against You.

Week 46 — Psalm 119:105

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

Week 47 — Psalm 121:1–2

I will lift up my eyes to the mountains; from where shall my help come? My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.

Week 48 — Psalm 127:1

Unless the LORD builds the house, they labor in vain who build it; unless the LORD guards the city, the watchman keeps awake in vain.

Week 49 — Psalm 130:5

I wait for the LORD, my soul does wait, and in His word do I hope.

Week 50 — Psalm 139:13–14

For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well.

Week 51 — Psalm 145:8–9

The LORD is gracious and merciful; slow to anger and great in lovingkindness. The LORD is good to all, and His mercies are over all His works.

Week 52 — Psalm 147:11

The LORD favors those who fear Him, those who wait for His lovingkindness.
