Senior Pastor

Pastor Jim founded The Village Chapel in February of 2001 with his wife Kim and serves as our Senior Pastor. He holds a Master of Arts (Theological Studies) from Covenant Theological Seminary. His primary responsibilities are teaching the Bible in our weekly worship services, overseeing the SLC and caring for congregants. Jim writes sermons, hosts a daily podcast, serves on the Missions Board, chairs the Servant Leadership Council (SLC) and so much more. If you have grown in your love for God and His Word, and found community and belonging at TVC, it’s largely because of the tireless and faithful work of Pastor Jim!

Pastor Jim serves on the Servant Leadership Council, Ministry and Executive Leadership Team and Mission Board.
