Grow Roots
How do you go from being a guest to family at TVC?
Whether you have attended Sunday Services for years or you’ve just started coming, there are many ways to grow roots in the community of TVC. The guide below is an ideal pathway to becoming part of our TVC family. If you have any questions please email our Welcome and Connection Coordinator, Lynsey Auman.
Attend
The first step to getting connected at The Village Chapel is to attend a Sunday service in the Chapel or online. From there, our staff would love to Meet & Connect with you on the second Sunday of each month in the church offices on the first floor just below the Chapel. We offer quarterly all-church events and Biblical and Creative Thinking events throughout the year to give fellowship opportunities.
Connect
In a church of our size, we believe groups are the best way to develop community, grow roots, and know and be known. We have various groups available for all ages and stages: seasonal classes, home groups, Sunday school, men’s and women’s groups, and a youth group. Not sure which would be best? We’d love to Connect for Coffee!
Serve
After making TVC your church home and being intentional about growing roots, bearing fruit is the natural outcome. No matter your gifting or schedule, there are many ways to serve!
Covenant Serving
If you have questions about serving as a TVC Kids teacher, TVC Youth small group leader, Connect for Coffee host, marriage mentor, home group leader, worship leader or prayer team member, please email [email protected].
Greenhouse
Greenhouse is a spiritual leadership growth and development program at The Village Chapel that exists to cultivate wise and godly leaders who know and love God’s Word, are strong in character and compassion, and skillful in ministry and mission.
