Serge is a Reformed international mission organization with 325 missionaries in over 25 countries. The tagline, ‘Grace at the Fray, ’ points to the work God is doing as the gospel weaves together the frayed edges of our tattered world and lives with His goodness, creating something beautiful.
Gospel renewal in our hearts leads to mission, and that mission requires ongoing renewal each step of the way. At Serge, one key renewal initiative is our focus on renewing leaders in the local church. My work with Serge occurs primarily in one of two formats.
Church Leader Development provides individualized, situational coaching over 6 -18 months online and three day-site visits assisting church leaders looking for help from a pastor who has been where they are. In that role, I help a leader think through challenges and tasks while pushing the gospel deeper into the leader’s own heart.
Leadership Lab is an 8-month curriculum for church and ministry leaders through a monthly online roundtable discussion of assigned reading, personal reflections and application of module concepts.
