Langham Partnership
Like their founder, John Stott, Langham Partnership believes all churches deserve a well-trained pastor. That’s why Langham Partnership trains preachers across Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, where 80% lack formal Bible training. Since 1969, Langham Partnership has become a global movement Tim Keller called a “game changer.” Today, because of God’s grace and faithful partners who share their heart for the global church, the ministry serves in 140 nations worldwide—training grassroots pastors through the Langham Preaching Program, providing evangelical books and supporting indigenous biblical publishers and authors through the Langham Literature Program, and providing Ph.D. scholarships for emerging theological leaders through the Langham Scholars Program.
TVC is currently partnering with Langham to provide quality books to Bible Schools in the majority world. This includes books by local authors in the local heart language, addressing local issues. Better libraries and book resources allow schools to have more students, more classes, and more degrees to prepare pastors and leaders for churches in the majority world.
In 2025 Langham held 482 preaching training seminars, equipping more than 16,800 pastors and lay leaders in 86 countries, supported 103 PhD students from 46 countries pursuing theological studies, and distributed nearly 220,000 books globally, including almost 140,000 distributed digitally to places where physical books are hard to deliver. Langham is incredibly thankful for TVC’s partnership in this global work!
