On Sunday, August 2, we are bringing our TVC Kids and Youth parents together for a vital, all-in-one Annual Parent Meeting in The Family Room during both the 9 am and 11 am services. We need our families to be fully informed as we head into a new ministry year. This combined meeting is the chance for parents to connect directly with our teams, hear the mission and vision for the year ahead, and learn how we are working to best care for your children.
Together, we will share upcoming events, important new information, and review essential safety and check-in policies. It is also time of fun and fellowship where you can build community and ask any questions you might have about your child’s journey here at TVC. Attendance is required for all parents of TVC Kids and Youth. We encourage one parent to arrive early or stay late to attend the meeting, or join us while the rest of the family goes to their normal Sunday morning service and classes. We can’t wait to see you there!
