Greenhouse Cohorts offers a deeper level of intentional focus with a smaller group of TVCers who are eager to continue growing after participating in our annual Greenhouse program. The cohorts will share a similar ethos to our Greenhouse gatherings, including unhurried study, shared commitment, and thoughtful conversations about meaningful focused topics.

Greenhouse Cohorts are small, committed groups that walk together over time alongside our pastoral team, cultivating deeper wisdom and practical skill in a focused area of interest or calling. The aim is simple: to provide a space where disciples are formed into wise and godly men and women, growing in their love for God, deepening their hunger for His Word, and eager to discern their own next faithful step.

Please contact Cora Cluver with any questions about upcoming cohorts.

  • What is the commitment and cost for Greenhouse Cohorts?

    • A monthly 1-2 hour gathering with a small group of TVCers (limit of 12 per cohort) who are eager to grow in a focused area of interest or calling.
    • Read 1-2 books on the selected track over the course of the season.
    • A concentrated season of prayer to discern calling, next steps, and faithfulness in the current season of life.
    • $50, which covers all books, resources, and refreshments.
  • What Cohort tracks are we offering this year?

    • Vocational ministry
      • For those who are exploring whether the Lord may be calling them into vocational ministry or seminary studies. This cohort will offer space to learn about the nature of ministry work, to reflect on gifting and character, and to discern God’s leading together with wisdom, honesty, and prayer.
    • Apologetics
      • For those who want to grow in knowledge, skill, and wisdom to present Christianity in ways that are clear, credible, and compelling in our cultural moment. This cohort will help participants learn to engage both mind and heart, attending not only to truth and reason, but also to imagination and beauty as we bear thoughtful, faithful witness to the gospel of Jesus in everyday conversations.
    • Faith & Work
      • For those who want to discern together what faithfulness looks like in the throes of today’s workplace environment. This cohort will create space to discern how Christian convictions are shaped, practiced, and sustained in workplaces where faith conversations can be challenged or resisted, helping participants grow in wisdom, courage, and grace as they seek to follow Christ with integrity.
  • Who is the Greenhouse Cohort open to?

Greenhouse Cohorts are open to anyone who has gone through Greenhouse or Greenhouse Summit.

  • When and where will the Greenhouse Cohorts meet?

    • March – August 2026
      • Six sessions (once a month for six months)
    • The Village Chapel
