This year, we’re giving TVCers a new opportunity to support those in need at Christmas through local missions organizations. Here’s how it works: Stop by the table in the hall at either campus on Sunday, October 28, November 4, 11, or 18 to choose an item or items you’d like to buy and donate. (You can also use the link below.) All donations will then be collected at the TVC Christmas Market on November 30 or any December 2 Sunday service.
We’ll be collecting items for six different organizations benefitting men, women, orphans, families and human trafficking survivors. There are a total of 427 items to choose from including Christmas trees and decorations, giant print Bibles, gift cards, hygiene items, bedding and more. Items needed are broken into two categories: green envelopes denote items that are $25 and under and red envelopes are in the $25-50 range.
TVC Kids are also participating. They’ll be collecting non-perishable food items for the Family Food Boxes at Inglewood Elementary. Then the Kroger gift cards we get from the congregation will be combined with what they collect.
