TVC Online FAQs

What is TVC Online?

TVC Online is a new initiative that enables The Village Chapel to offer our church and community worship services and other spiritual life resources online. You’ll be able to watch our weekly At Home With TVC worship services at any time, just like you can now, but you will also have the option to watch and participate in the same At Home With TVC service at the same time along with others TVCers, interact with TVC Staff, Welcome Team and our Prayer Team at specific times: Sundays at 9 am and 11 am (beginning August 2).

Will the services be “live” at 9 and 11am?

These services will be the same At Home With TVC worship services that TVC has been offering each week during the Covid-19 pandemic. These services are pre-recorded during the week and posted for viewing on the weekend. Congregants, TVC staff, our Welcome Team and our Prayer Team will also be online live at 9 am and 11 am on Sundays (beginning August 2).

Can I volunteer to serve at the TVC Online?

Yes, soon after we launch TVC Online we’ll have opportunities for you to serve on our online Welcome and Tech Teams.

What happens if I miss one of these service times? Can I still watch?

Absolutely. Our services will be available to stream online anytime.

Other than live congregants, TVC staff, Welcome Team and Prayer team, what else does TVC Online offer?

In addition to allowing you to gather together for worship with others online, TVC Online also has a dedicated Bible section with all major translations, the ability to take sermon notes, and the option to easily share the service with your friends and family. The Bible section and other elements of the system also offers real-time translation into over 100 languages to serve people with whatever language they speak.

Do I have to have an account for TVC Online to watch the service?

No. You can stream our services without creating an account. You have the option of creating an account if you’d like to save your preferences and sermon notes.

I need prayer. Is there a way for me to connect with someone?

Yes. TVC Online will enable our prayer team to pray with you confidentially in real-time during the service times. You can also email our prayer team at prayer@thevillagechapel.com anytime.
