When I feel far from the Lord, one of the things that helps me is:
Getting in the Word!! It’s really hard to be close to God when I am not studying what He has to say.

Biblical character, story, or passage that has particular meaning/significance:
Moses. It’s comforting to read his story of how God led him even through his doubts. Also, how bold one must be to say “God, show me Your glory!!”

A couple of authors who have had an impact on my spiritual life:
R.C. Sproul, Tim Keller, John Mark Comer, Bob Goff, C.S Lewis, Donald Miller

Some people who have inspired my spiritual life over the years:
My dad is my number one spiritual influence. To this day, I still call him with questions about faith and the Bible.

Something valuable that someone told me early on about walking with the Lord:
Keep trusting God even when it’s hard.

Something I wish someone had told me sooner about walking with the Lord:
Sometimes the faith walk feels more like a crawl, but God is faithful to pursue us.

I was drawn to serve in the “Let’s Have Coffee Ministry” because:
I love meeting new people and walking the journey of faith together!!
