Yes. Each Monday at 8am we will open the registration form on our website at www.thevillagechapel.com and keep it open through Friday at noon, unless we exceed our capacity before then.

If you need assistance, please email info@thevillagechapel.com or call the TVC Office at (615) 297-4747.

The capacity for each service will be between 75-100 people, depending on the size of each family or group sitting together.

At this time we are offering two services at our Hillsboro Village Campus. However, if we find there is enough response, we plan to add additional services at both our Hillsboro Village and East Nashville locations.

Yes, you are always welcome to worship with us online and have the option of gathering with us at 9am or 11am each Sunday morning, or watching anytime on demand. Visit https://thevillagechapel.com/online for more details.

TVC micro-gatherings provide opportunities to join other TVCers to watch the online worship service together in host homes while following local and CDC COVID-19 guidelines. Our hope is that through small groups engaging together with the weekly worship service, these in-person gatherings will help meet our continued need for connection and “withness” as we begin the process of re-opening at TVC. If you are interested in attending a micro-gathering, click here.

Once you enter the building, you will check in at our registration table. You will then be prompted to make your way to the Chapel where ushers will seat you and your party who will be socially distanced from other congregants. Seating will be on a first come-first serve basis, so plan on arriving 15-20 early to get a good seat!

Yes, out of respect and care for one another we require everyone entering the building (except children under the age of 2) to wear a mask and maintain at least six feet of distance at all times. We will have masks available for those requesting them.

Our in-person services will incorporate many meaningful elements of worship: live calls to worship, live prayer, live music and a mix of live and screen teaching. Our pastoral staff will host our in-person services.

At this time our TVC Medical Advisory Team has recommended that we refrain from singing during the worship service. However, we have asked many of our skilled musicians to creatively arrange and play some of the most beautiful hymns of the faith to provide contemplative moments for the congregation to consider and meditate on the lyrics, many of which are directly sourced from scripture. We will also incorporate live congregational readings of the Lord’s Prayer, Scripture and some of the rich creeds of the Church throughout history.

We LOVE our TVC Kids of all ages and so look forward to offering in-person programming for them. Initially, our Children’s Ministry will not be meeting nor will we be offering childcare. However, we encourage families to attend and sit together during the worship service in the Chapel and we look forward to worshipping with them!

At the conclusion of each service, each chair will be wiped down by a gloved/face-covered staff member. We will also disinfect our offering boxes, doors, hallway areas and restrooms. Hand sanitizer will be available at all entrances/exit as well as at various places throughout the building. Restrooms will be operated at a limited capacity. Bulletins and Bibles have been temporarily removed to reduce touch points. Coffee, drinks or food will not be available until we are certain we can offer them safely, but attendees may bring their own beverages.
