First Wednesdays for April

We’re really excited about our new First Wednesdays, so we hope you’ll make plans to join us April 3! By now you probably know that First Wednesdays includes separate programming for kids, youth and adults on the first Wednesday of each month. Next month includes an adult study titled Biblical Thinking: Dealing With Darkness, featuring a thoughtful discussion based on a study by Tim Keller. There’s also TVC Kids: SING! and our regular TVC Youth weekly gathering, which begins at 6:30 pm in the Attic (Youth arrive at 6 pm for dinner).

Cuba Short-Term Missions Trip Interest Meeting

On Sunday, March 31, we’ll gather at 10 am in the Conference Room at TVC Main for an informational meeting about a January 2020 missions trip to Cuba this fall with American Bible Society. We’ll serve this community by distributing Bibles, leading vacation Bible school-type activities with kids and encouraging and supporting local leadership and pastors. We are considering a seven-day trip with a one-day excursion to Havana. Come find out more about this unique opportunity to minister. Questions? Second Service Coming to TVC East

We are excited that we will be starting a second service at our East Campus on April 7 at 10:15 am. Our hope is that by providing a second option at a later time, we will reach people who can’t make it to an 8:30 am service. As we prepare, please commit to pray for this new service, volunteer to help fill additional needs and consider who you might invite. Find volunteer opportunities at serve.thevillagechapel.com.
