Something valuable that someone told me early on about walking with the Lord:
Being a Christian doesn't mean that life is going to be easier. It's the opposite. The more Christ can use you, the more the devil wants to trip you up.

Something I wish someone had told me sooner about walking with the Lord:
Realize that I can't see the big picture, He can. Trusting in his plan for me will bring much satisfaction. His way is always the best.

I was drawn to serve in the “Let’s Have Coffee Ministry” because:
I have a daughter who lives far away. I wish that she could participate in such a program. We all need a listening ear.
