On Sunday, February 19 at 5:30 pm TVC will begin a 12-week semester of multiple courses designed to care for and equip our congregation and the community. Sunday evenings this semester, beginning February 19, we will offer GriefShare, DivorceCare, In Love & Loss and Meaning of Marriage. GriefShare
Because dealing with the loss of a loved one can feel like a unique and sometimes isolating experience, we’d like to invite you to join our next GriefShare group. This group will meet for twelve weeks beginning on Sunday, February 19 at 5:30 pm. We will listen to video interviews with experts, hear and share stories with one another during group discussions and, most importantly, focus on drawing near to God as He guides each individual on their personal journey. There is a $25 fee for course materials which includes the class workbook that participants will keep.
DivorceCare
If you are walking through the experience of spouse separation or adjusting to divorce, we’d like to invite you to join us for our next DivorceCare group. The program takes a biblical approach to divorce, separation and related issues such as reconciliation, remarriage, forgiveness and the effect of divorce on children and families. This group will meet for twelve weeks beginning on Sunday, February 19 at 5:30 pm. We will listen to video interviews with experts, share with one another during group discussions and, most importantly, focus on drawing near to God as He guides us through the healing process. There is a $25 fee for course materials which includes the class workbook that participants will keep.
In Love & Loss
In Love and Loss is a nine-week, Christ-centered group course for couples experiencing infertility and pregnancy loss. The class is led by TVCers Caleb and Shaina Arb and will meet on Sundays at 5:30 pm beginning February 19. Each session includes discussion topics, such as identifying grief, managing relationships and the impact of this experience on marriage and faith. Join us as we seek God’s heart and move toward comfort, healing, and hope in Christ.
Meaning of Marriage
As part of our ongoing mission to equip congregants in all stages of life, we are excited to offer The Meaning of Marriage class based on the book by Timothy Keller. TVCers Bill and Karen Wells will lead this group beginning Sunday, February 19 at 5:30 pm. Whether you are considering marriage in the future, engaged, newly married or have been married for many years, this class will be a rich time of learning and discussion.
